If I could give 10 stars I would. I came in for an emergency dental surgery because of the severe irreversible pain I was in from a tooth abscess and exposed nerve. Atlanta Emergency Dentist had my back from the jump with their receptionist being very kind and friendly to me while I was in such pain and they got everything going very quickly. I was first taken back to be seen by dental assistant Melissa for imagining and she seriously was such a warm and calming energy for me getting prepped for an emergency procedure. Dr. Jeremy came back and reviewed with me all my scans and X-rays in what was the most informing, very well explained and thorough consultation I’ve ever had of my overall oral health and of course the problem area that brought me there. He was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining everything for my treatment plan and getting me set up for the best outcome. Ultimately I had to get a surgical extraction and a bone graft, and during the procedure, I could have not felt more comforted by Dr. Jeremy and Melissa. Keeping you comfortable is a main priority here and it shows. He displays a very professional and calm energy, but also a cool vibe that made me feel go

Came here a few months ago with my boyfriend. It was damn near 1am and he was in excruciating pain from chipping his tooth. He couldn’t even eat without keeling over. The staff was attentive and friendly, they made us feel like we weren’t in a doctor’s office. They were transparent with pricing, and offered payment plans. Directions for aftercare were clear and they were happy to provide extra details if needed. When they discussed options for his tooth and operated on him they made sure to reassure him throughout. Dentists can be scary and they seem to be aware so they let you know what’s happening and make sure you feel safe and secure. You can interject if you feel like it’s too much and they will accommodate to the best of their abilities. This review is long overdue- but they gave us both free electric toothbrushes. They’re very gentle :).

Atlanta Emergency Dentist is a top tier dental office. EVERYONE makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I broke a tooth just before going out of town, and made an appointment to come in same day. The atmosphere was soothing with state of the art equipment. Dr. Nguyen had expert skill and wonderful bedside manner. He talked me through everything he did and ensured my comfort before starting. Ms. Melissa was an amazing and knowledgeable assistant. She also talked me through my aftercare instructions before and after services. She was kind and extremely personable. She felt like a friend I have known for years. The two front end staff were just as warm and welcoming, I just happened to have forgotten their names, but that wasn’t because their personalities were lack luster. They had the perfect front desk candor. If I can make this office my permanent dental office I absolutely will.

Great experience under the circumstances! Everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable. Would have loved to be able to use my insurance vs paying out of pocket up front but that will work itself out after I submit my claim. They made sure the form was already complete and ready to go.

Had a really great experience at Atlanta Emergency Dentist. The receptionist was extremely patient and helpful, which made the whole visit much less stressful. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood the situation clearly. We really appreciated the care and attention we received. Highly recommend!
